Vitaliy Khomenko. To the issue of the All-Russian Constituent Assembly: the Views of the Ukrainian Party of Socialists-Revolutionaries and the Ukrainian Party of Socialists-Revolutionaries in emigration

The article studies the attitude of the Ukrainian Party of Socialists-Revolutionaries and the Party of Socialists-Revolutionaries in emigration towards the All-Russian Constituent Assembly. The history of the All-Russian Constituent Assembly is discussed in brief. The positions of the Ukrainian Party of Socialists-Revolutionaries and the Party of Socialists-Revolutionaries regarding the possibility of implementation of the concept of the Constituent Assembly while emigration are characterized. It is concluded that the Ukrainian Socialists-Revolutionaries, led by M. Hrushevsky, having turned to liberation positions, considered the idea of the Constituent Assembly irrelevant.
